After advice did sit on start and got going a few times. Finding pitch hard to control until on knees but learnt a lot and think I might be able to go as low as 60l in a proper board but was just about able to sit astride 56cm board (22 inch). Wanted some fun so changed to bigger board and smaller foil with 4m as wind had picked up. Sea quite messy as wind too W, got a few short wave-rides and good practice ins sailing tougher conditions. Good fun until felt cold in thin suit after lots of dunks. |
